The collection consists mainly of 52 posters and window boards of circuses which performed in Michigan, 1960, 1998, and undated, and related circus programs, newspaper clippings (copies), and photographs. A wide variety of circuses are represented. Please see the inventory for more information. While most of the posters are in good condition, some holes in them or show signs of acidification. Of note are several posters by acclaimed Michigan circus artist, George DaDeppo.
